One-on-one coaching<\/b><\/h1>\n

Sessions are confidential, structured, and shaped entirely around what you bring \u2014 whether that is a strategic challenge, a leadership question, or something harder to name.<\/span><\/p>\n

Our clients range from the owner of a sustainability-focused furniture business to the CEO of a human rights NGO. Group and peer coaching<\/b><\/h1>\n

Our group coaching and peer coaching circles bring together people working in social and climate change to support each other through real challenges \u2014 professional and personal. In a peer coaching circle, each person gets their own space to be coached, while others take turns as coaches and observers. The circle runs on mutual respect, confidentiality, and the conviction that each person brings irreplaceable wisdom. Optimism and a spirit of play are part of how we work.<\/span><\/p>\n

With over ten years of experience coaching teams of frontline staff across health and justice systems in multiple countries, we have seen how systems change efforts are deepened when teams have the ongoing support of a coach as they work toward shared goals.<\/span><\/p>\n
